General Service
What is IPTV?
IPTV stands for Internet Protocol Television. It allows you to stream live TV channels, movies, and series over the internet instead of using traditional cable or satellite methods.
Do I need a VPN?
While our service is secure, we highly recommend using a VPN to prevent ISP throttling and to protect your privacy online.
What internet speed do I need?
For HD content, we recommend at least 15 Mbps. For 4K/FHD content, a stable connection of 25 Mbps or higher is recommended.
Technical & Setup
Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?
Yes, but you can only watch simultaneously on the number of connections included in your plan. If you try to watch on more devices than allowed at the same time, one stream will stop working.
What is the difference between M3U and Xtream Codes?
M3U is a playlist URL containing all channels. Xtream Codes uses a Server URL, Username, and Password. Xtream Codes is generally easier to type and offers a better EPG experience on most apps.
Billing
Is this a recurring subscription?
No, our plans are pay-as-you-go. You will need to renew manually when your subscription expires. We do not auto-charge your card.
What payment methods do you accept?
