Troubleshooting Guide
Having issues? Follow these steps to resolve common streaming problems.
Constant Buffering
- Restart your Router: Unplug your router for 30 seconds and plug it back in. This clears cache and refreshes your connection.
- Check Internet Speed: Ensure you are getting at least 25Mbps download speed directly on your device.
- Use a VPN: Your ISP might be throttling streaming traffic. A VPN can bypass this restriction.
- Clear App Cache: Go to device settings > Apps > Select your IPTV App > Clear Cache.
Login Failed
- Check Typos: 99% of login issues are due to typing errors. '0' (zero) vs 'O' (letter O), or 'I' (capital i) vs 'l' (lowercase L).
- Case Sensitive: Usernames and passwords are case sensitive. Enter them exactly as shown in the email.
- URL Verification: Ensure the Server URL (http://...) is entered correctly without spaces at the end.
- VPN Issue: Sometimes the server blocks specific VPN IP addresses. Try changing your VPN location.
EPG / Guide Not Loading
- Refresh EPG: In apps like IPTV Smarters or TiviMate, there is an option to "Refresh EPG" in the settings or top menu.
- Format Issues: If you are using an M3U file, ensure you used the M3U_PLUS link which contains guide data.
- Storage Full: If your device storage is full, the EPG cannot download. Delete unused apps.
Audio/Video Sync Issues
- Change Player: Most apps allow you to change the internal player (e.g., from EXO to VLC). Try switching this in the app settings.
- Restart Stream: Simply changing the channel and going back often re-syncs the audio.
- Device Lag: If using an older Firestick or TV box, the hardware might be struggling with 4K streams. Try the FHD or HD version of the channel.
